   Your common problems in hydrocarbon cleaning agents

    Industrial cleaning agent knowledge
Advantages and characteristics of hydrocarbon cleaning agent?
  Performance characteristics of hydrocarbon cleaning agent series: HOK hydrocarbon cleaning agent --- the newly developed environmentally friendly cleaning agent. It has high-efficiency cleaning performance for metal hardware and precision electronics. This series of products are hydrocarbon solvents and can be used without changing the cleaning equipment. They have successfully replaced traditional non-environmentally friendly solvents such as trichloroethylene, trichloroethane, HCFC-113, HCFC-141b, and HCFC-AK225. Safety and superior cleaning performance have become the first choice for industrial cleaning. The main advantages of hydrocarbon cleaning agent:
  1.Mainstream cleaning technology is an inevitable trend in the future. Hydrocarbon solvents have a strong dissolving power for lubricating oil, grease, anti-rust oil, etc., and can wash all kinds of dust and metal chips on the workpiece. Since the HOK series of cleaning agents are added with additives such as oil-soluble surfactants, they can also clean the welding slag on electronic circuit boards that are difficult to remove by ordinary hydrocarbon solvents and the emulsified cutting fluid on machined parts;
  2. No damage to the ozone layer — no pollution, zero damage to ozone. Does not harm the human body — non-toxic. Tested by the chemical toxicity testing department, the inhalation toxicity, oral toxicity and skin contact toxicity of HOK hydrocarbon series cleaning agents are basically non-toxic, and they are not carcinogens, so they can be used with confidence;
  3.It is non-corrosive and can be recycled and reused. HOK hydrocarbon series cleaning agents will not corrode steel, copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, and can prevent equipment corrosion. Waste liquid can be refined and reused by distillation;
  4.It has a wide range of applications. The cleaning objects include metal hardware, optical products, cutting oil, anti-rust oil, stamping oil, drawing oil, dust, particles, resin, flux, water-soluble cutting fluid, etc.

Classification of dirt on the surface of optical glass and basic requirements for cleaning agents?

(一)、Classification of dirt on the surface of optical components
   1. Source analysis of fouling
(1)、In the cold working process of the component, after the bottom plate is cleaned, the remaining abrasive(CeO2),冷Residues from liquid (tap water, etc.), auxiliary materials (protective paint such as wax, asphalt, shellac), organic solvents (gasoline), etc.;
(2)In the process of the component, fingerprints, saliva, and sweat may be caused by the operator's contact;
(3)During the storage of the components, dust, carbon dioxide, and temperature in the air cause "corrosion" on the surface of the components. The above-mentioned dirt often does not exist alone, but penetrates each other. With the influence of the external environment (humidity, temperature), it will also be oxidized and decomposed or corroded by the action of microorganisms, forming more complex compounds that adhere to the surface of the component, or even corrode the surface of the component. , The formation of stains that are difficult to remove.
   2. Classification of dirt
(1)Organic dirt: such as wax, asphalt, shellac, sweat stains, finger prints, solvent prints, etc. It is due to van der Waals force (molecular attraction) adsorbed on the surface of the component.
(2)Solid dirt: such as dust, soot, abrasive residues, etc. The stain particles are very small, and the particles are generally negatively charged, but they are still mainly adsorbed on the surface of the component by van der Waals force, or mixed with oil and water to adhere to the surface of the component. (3) Water-soluble dirt: generally soluble in water, but can have a chemical effect on the surface of the component. It relies on the chemical chain to combine with the surface of the component to form corrosive "spots", which requires the reagents to be removed by chemical methods.

(二)、Requirements for cleaning agents for optical components
1. It has good decontamination ability and meets the technical requirements of high cleanliness on the surface of optical elements;
2. Avoid corrosion of equipment and glass surface, or new pollution to the surface of components;
3. The inherent properties of the cleaning agent (cleaning ability, chemical stability, cloud point, temperature, etc.) should be relatively stable for a long time, and the effectiveness should be maintained within a wide range of factors;
4. It does not pollute the environment, and is non-toxic and harmless to the operator.

Purpose of circuit board cleaning?
1.Remove corrosive flux and activator components to prevent the board from being corroded;
2.Remove residual ion pollution, increase surface insulation resistance, minimize leakage current, and improve product reliability;
3.Remove surface oil, fingerprints, dust, particles, and clean the surface;
4.Removal of rosin flux, which is convenient for visual inspection of welding quality or for automatic inspection of welding circuit on the needle bed;
5.Improve the appearance quality and facilitate sales as parts or parts.
